I'm BILLY L., the breeder behind Cutie Pie Chihuahua's located in Lugoff, SC. Having a dog in our lives is such a blessing. We find so much fulfillment in providing that same companionship to other homes! We have developed several protocols to ensure the health and well-being of all of our dogs. It’s our top priority to make sure each of our puppies are Akc ,& healthy!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I have always loved dogs, but grew up with a Chihuahua I loved dearly....I fell in love with the breed so tiny,but mighty...My Pups are all well socialized.I help my hubby Billy by helping take care of the pups .

  • What makes your program special?

    My Sires & Dams are part of our family,they live in our home, are loved dearly...We have an 6ft privacy fenced in back yard,with a nice concrete patio , that I like to say they like to sun tan on 😉

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies include smooth and long coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black, chocolate, red, chocolate and tan, chocolate and white, and fawn and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, BILLY partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Working with Billy and Vicki from Cutie Pie Chihuahuas was absolutely seamless. May I also add they are both very kind, patient, and care for their puppies and puppy parents like no one I have ever seen.
