I'm Sabra C., the breeder behind Cutshall Babies located in Kodak, TN. We breed Liver, Liver and white Parti and Blue Shih Tzus. Our babies are pre registered, non shedding and up to date on health checks, deworming & vaccinations. The Shih Tzu breed has proven to be wonderful companions so it’s a blessing to share the love of the Shih Tzu breed with others!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    After becoming a mom of two amazing children, I decided to take this season to continue my love and care for animal from home. In doing so, I have had the privilege to raise and breed Shih Tzu puppies. They have proven to be the absolute sweetest addition to any family home! I am excited knowing others can learn to love and appreciate this special breed, enjoying the lasting love of a ShihTzu.

  • What makes your program special?

    Shih Tzus are known for there well mannered affectionate personalities, showering their owner with loyalty and love. They are hypoallergenic, non shedding dogs that love to play or cuddle up with anyone in the house that could use some company. I believe these dogs are the perfect dog as a therapy pet offering companionship and calming energy to whomever they are around.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate, black, liver, blue, gold, red, silver, black and white, silver and white, red and white, gold and white, brindle and white, blue and white, liver and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Sabra

Sabra has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,900 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes a preapproved puppy registration with CKC, deworming, first round of vaccines, and a well check to approve puppies going to their new home. Any deposit can be returned to buyer if I the breeder feel it is in the best interest of the puppy or if veterinary well visit is unfavorable.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Working with Sabra was wonderful! I was in contact with a handful of other breeders but I just had a good vibe from her. I could tell she was kind and wise and cared deeply about her puppies. We messaged back-and-forth throughout the entire process and spoke on the phone. She was so helpful with new puppy ideas and tips and was very flexible with timing of pick up. In fact, she helped immensely by kindly keeping our new puppy for an extra few days to help me coordinate a Christmas present delivery. Our new puppy has the sweetest disposition and I know it’s because her first two months were spent with someone who cuddled her every day! I can’t recommend Cutshall Babies enough, and should we decide to add another furball to our family at any point, I will absolutely call Sabra again! 10/10 would reccommend ☺️
