I'm Chelsea, the breeder behind D&C Royal Dachshunds LLC located in Goodyear, AZ. Being a breeder is not just about selling a dog or puppy. Being a breeder requires YOU to have an admirable passion and love for the breed you are working with so you never compromise quality. That is why at D&C Royal Dachshund’s we focus on breeding healthy, happy and quality puppies.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We started breeding back in 2017 when we obtained our first dachshunds Winnie and Riley ! They were the best dachshund’s anyone could ask for. Over the course of the last few years we have learned so much about this breed and have strived to produce the best quality puppies for you and your family.

  • What makes your program special?

    We strive to bring loving dachshunds to homes around the world. Each of our puppies comes up to date on vaccines, they will include applicable registration and paperwork and will also have a starter gift bag with food and toys . We work hard to raise loving, loyal and quality dachshunds. So when you buy from us you are not just getting a dachshund but a Royal Dachshund!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include cream, chocolate, blue and cream, chocolate and tan, chocolate and cream, black and tan, black and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Chelsea

Chelsea has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $5,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Chelsea may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy.     Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
