I'm Debby B., the breeder behind Debilyn’s Shih Tzu’s located in Phillipsburg, NJ. We work hard to produce healthy, well-rounded Shih Tzu puppies that will make others as happy as our dogs have made us. We’re a small-scale program with a big love of these dogs! Our dogs are our passion, and we enjoy spreading the love of a Shih Tzu with other individuals and families by responsibly breeding our incredible dogs. Anyone who is interested please fill out an application but only do it if you’re serious and ready for a lifetime commitment. PLEASE only fill out an application after reading and viewing my whole profile. I love working with people but applications and messages that are ignored are filed away after 24 hours.   • Why did you start breeding?

    I have an Aunt who has been breeding Shih Tzu's for years so she has mentored me about how to breed good quality Shih Tzu's.

  • What makes your program special?

    I truly love what I do and to be able to bring a healthy puppy into someone's life makes me feel happy. I plan to stay in contact with people as long as they have questions. Ask about my amazing references.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate, black, liver, gold and white, brindle and white, and liver and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Debby

Debby has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,650 - $1,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes a vet signed health certificate, age appropriate vaccinations given by a vet, worming, fecal testing, socialization, pedigree of the parents when asked. Please only fill out an application if you’re serious. A deposit holds a puppy for you and goes towards the total price. If you want priority for a specific puppy PRIOR to birth a deposit places you first in line. Ask questions about my contract.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Debby was so responsive and helpful through the whole process. I felt less like I was talking with a breeder and stranger and more like I was dealing with family through the process. She kept us updated the whole way from birth through their 7 week vet visit. When it came time to pick up our puppy the exchange was so pleasant and informative. If Debby ever breeded again I would definitely recommend others if Shih Tzu was the breed they'd be interested in. Could not be happier with the whole experience.

    Debbie was so amazing throughout the whole process very responsive always sharing updates and made the process so easy . It really shows how knowledgeable she is about the breed and the puppies were so well careful amazed out how easy the transition was when he came home potty training is going so well thanks to Debbie starting the process early.
