I'm Debby B., the breeder behind Debilyn’s Shih Tzu’s located in Phillipsburg, NJ. We work hard to produce healthy, well-rounded Shih Tzu puppies that will make others as happy as our dogs have made us. We’re a small-scale program with a big love of these dogs! Our dogs are our passion, and we enjoy spreading the love of a Shih Tzu with other individuals and families by responsibly breeding our incredible dogs. Anyone who is interested please fill out an application but only do it if you’re serious and ready for a lifetime commitment. PLEASE only fill out an application after reading and viewing my whole profile. I love working with people but applications and messages that are ignored are filed away after 24 hours. If your shopping around that’s fine but fill out an application when your ready to connect. Thanks so much. Any puppies held after 10 weeks old there may be a boarding fee added. Why did you start breeding?
I have an Aunt who has been breeding Shih Tzu's for years so she has mentored me about how to breed good quality Shih Tzu's.What makes your program special?
I truly love what I do and to be able to bring a healthy puppy into someone's life makes me feel happy. I plan to stay in contact with people as long as they have questions. Ask about my amazing references.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include chocolate, black, liver, gold and white, brindle and white, and liver and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Debby has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Price
Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $1,650 - $1,750 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes a vet signed health certificate, age appropriate vaccinations given by a vet, worming, fecal testing, socialization, pedigree of the parents when asked. Please only fill out an application if you’re serious. A deposit holds a puppy for you and goes towards the total price. If you want priority for a specific puppy PRIOR to birth a deposit places you first in line. Ask questions about my contract.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Litter update on 10 July •…Here they are before they went outside today they knew they would be picked up. They love to eat. Chloe has been bringing them little pieces of her food. Cher loves to get the food before anyone else gets it.

Litter update on 10 July •…The puppies are doing very well. I’ll get more videos of the other puppies too. They do well outside. They follow mama around. Dad is always afraid of the puppies. Mama Chloe loves to play with them. More pictures to come. This is Teddy and Chloe.

Program update on 04 July •…I did a big video but it won’t upload. I’ll put it on Facebook. This is breakfast time. They went to the vet and they are all great. They eat well and will be ready to leave next weekend.

Litter update on 01 July •…The puppies definitely have cute little personalities. They love their food. They see the vet this week for their first vaccinations and worming and a fecal test. They love to make messes with their water dish. They want to be picked up whenever they see me.

Litter update on 27 June •…The puppies are eating more and I have only one pee pad down so they know to use that. I work with them everyday. They love when they hear my voice they run to be picked up. We are working on socialization this week and getting used to different nosies. They will have a vet appointment next week too .

Litter update on 12 June •…The puppies are 5 weeks old now can you believe it. They are just starting wet food and learning to go potty on pee pads. They are just learning to play and their personalities are coming out.

+6I want to open with the fact that I was so hesitant about buying a puppy online. You have to be so conscious of scams, but I communicated with Debby for a couple weeks before finalizing my decision to make a deposit. She is completely the real deal! She was always very responsive with me through the process. I am totally in love with my pup Sophie and am still in contact with Debby regularly. It is very clear she came from a loving home. She has easily adjusted to her crate and is such a sweet beautiful puppy. I hope that Debby will continue breeding as I cannot imagine every buying a puppy another way. Thank you Debby for this lovely Christmas present for our family!

Debbie was so amazing throughout the whole process very responsive always sharing updates and made the process so easy . It really shows how knowledgeable she is about the breed and the puppies were so well careful amazed out how easy the transition was when he came home potty training is going so well thanks to Debbie starting the process early.
