I'm Michaela B., the breeder behind Deer Hollow Dachshunds located in Spencer, NE. We’re proud of the healthy, affectionate, and behaviorally well-rounded puppies we raise for other families to love! Our hope is to prepare each of our puppies with thoughtful socialization so they have the best foundation to seamlessly transition into their new homes.

Michaela has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $300 deposit and between $900 - $1,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“Deposit is non-refundable but transferable for up to 2 years if a puppy born does not meet your requirements (potential breeding quality, temperament, etc).”
Contract & health guarantee
Michaela may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Michelle was great in responding to our questions about Hagrid and how we can meet up. Overall, communications were kindly done and arrangements to meet worked out great. We can tell that Hagrid (1 yr old) has had lots of love & affection in his early days-he’s so affectionate, snuggly, mellow & playful. He’s getting along with our 7 yr old cockapoo…(after she told him she was the queen & eldest of the two-she’s fixed and he gets neutered soon)…he pals around, plays and naps with her. We did change his name to Hagrid “Larry” Bauer…calling him Larry…he’s just a joy!! He slept thru the night his second night here & ever since-even tolerated the 8 hour car trip (which included flat tire time) to Illinois. He fits in perfectly with us. Thanks Michelle and other family members who showed him love & snuggles❣️🥰 He is surely loved here in his new home…
