I'm Maddy, the breeder behind Double M Cocker Spaniels located in Rattan, OK. Welcome to the Double M Family! The Double M is the name of our 160 acre ranch located on the Oklahoma side of the Red River. We are a working cattle ranch and home to a few beautiful, spoiled cocker spaniels!

Why did you start breeding?
Our love for Cockers began when we purchased our first baby, Copper, in 2014. He was a calm, loving puppy, that was sometimes too smart for his own good! Our love for Copper, and the Spaniel breed altogether, has led us to try and help other families find their very own "Copper".What makes your program special?
We take pride in raising extremely socialized, quality puppies, that have unique and well developed personalities. Preservation and health of the breed is our utmost goal through our program. We believe that it makes all the difference to raise babies that are constantly cared for in our home.What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Cockapoo puppies are mini size. Cavapoo puppies are toy size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Brucellosis
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

The one thing you can never judge by using an online service is the personality of your puppy. They may be beautiful, but they could also not have the right temperament.
