We started mush today ! While we only took a few licks, soon we will devour the whole plate ! We are growing.

Max and Persephone's litter

Heather T.
These little cuties love watching me from their little area ! Who doesn't love those little faces. Eclipse and Hank are still looking for a home 🥰

Oakley and Willow's litter

Heather T.
Introduced Maggie's litter to the toddler play pen. This is were all puppies graduate to as they wean off mom. At 3wks old these babies are learning to explore. They will still spend the majority of time with Maggie, but will spend about 2hrs a day in the big puppy pen and I'll gradually increase time as they get older. * notice , one of these things, is not like the other 😉 * Retired momma Boston, Genavieve was playing Aunt while these babies ate dinner

Oakley and Willow's litter

These babies are growing so quickly. Eyes are opening, little grunts and growls are starting. Personalities will start showing in the next week when they really get their feet under them.

My experience with Heather from Down in the Holler could not have been any better. Heather is incredible to work with. She provided pictures of "Eden" throughout the process and she responded quickly to every question I had. "Eden" who is now Sophie Quinn is the perfect mix of playful and cuddly. She was being introduced to potty training prior to me picking her up and she was well socialized. If you are looking for a great breeder, I can't recommend Heather enough. Thank you Heather for the opportunity to work together.

We had a great experience with Heather. She posted updates and videos on the litter each week, it was so great to be able to watch the puppies grow up. She was super easy to work with for pick up and even drove to meet us closer to our home. Our cocker puppy Stryker is the best! He is so incredibly smart. Picked up sit, paw, down, and drop it within days of arriving. He's been super good about going outside to potty too! Our 10 year old Springer and him have become the BEST of friends. We could not be happier with the great job Heather did raising our little Stryker for us. Highly recommend! :-)

My husband and I had been looking around for a puppy to add to our family for a few years, but we just weren’t clicking with any local breeders. We really wanted the rare combination of a breeding program with exceptional health standards, that also prioritized personality over confirmation or color. I was reluctant to look online; the thought of not being able to meet the breeder, or the puppy we were picking, really made me anxious. When I found Heather and Down in the Holler though, I felt compelled to reach out, and I am so glad I did! I love the way Heather runs her program, and the way she organizes litter picks. Getting to wait until the puppies personalities developed before making our choice was really important to us because we were bringing her into a home with another dog, and wanted to make sure the pup would be a good match…and when we needed an extra day or two to make up our minds, Heather was so gracious and understanding. She was wonderful about sending pictures and videos, and I never felt like I was annoying her when I had a request or concern. Our little Beatrice has fit right in, she’s exactly everything we could’ve hoped for. She’s sweet, and highly intelligent, at her first visit with her new vet the doctor said Bee is one of the healthiest and sweetest Bostons she’s ever seen. Heart A+, solid patellas, and just generally a super healthy puppy. We are so grateful to have found Down in the Holler, and so happy to have met you, Heather! Please give mama Bailey a snuggle from us, and Abe too. We were so wary, but you made the entire process transparent and upfront. We love our 🐝!

Heather was incredible! She was very responsive, answered all of my questions, and continued to keep me posted until my puppy was ready. Now I have an easygoing, eager, and playful puppy and I could not be happier that I chose Heather as a breeder. I highly recommend for those looking for a loving companion.
