I'm Madison P., the breeder behind DRB Dachshunds located in Oklahoma. We work hard to breed exemplary Australian Shepherds and Dachshunds that are well taken care of from day one and are prepared to excel in loving and caring homes. We love our dogs and puppies, and we strive to place each pup in a home suited to their temperament and ability.

    Dachshund puppies include miniature and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Dachshund puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Australian Shepherd puppies include black and red. Dachshund puppies include sable, piebald, cream, red, chocolate, black and tan, black and cream, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

  • Brucellosis

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • Hereditary (Juvenile) Cataracts (HC; JC), Australian Shepherd Type, Collie Eye Anomaly (CEA), DNA Profile, Cone Degeneration, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
