I'm Stephanie S., the breeder behind Echo Ridge Kennel located in Catawba, VA. We cherish each of our dogs and puppies, and we do everything we can to make sure that they get the best lives possible. That includes choosing healthy parents with good temperaments, to proper socialization and daily care, to placing them in loving homes with wonderful families.

What makes your program special?
All of our puppies are raised inside our home (between our living room and kitchen). Our children are with us during whelping and spend time with each puppy as they grow. We utilize Puppy Culture Protocols for early socialization and exposure. We work hard to introduce our puppies to a variety of people and experiences before they leave here.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Boston Terrier puppies are black and white. Pyrenean Shepherd puppies include gray, blue merle, fawn, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
