  • Why did you start breeding?

    My mother purchased my first cocker for my 17th birthday. The breed win my heart with it joyful ness , loyalty and devotion. After HS I took classes at the North American School of Animal Science where I graduated with 4.1 GPA. I then proceeded to learn about the breed specifically BEFORE I started breeding. Going forward I was employed at 5 doctor veterinary practice to hone my skills and knowledge. Encore was established in 1973

  • What makes your program special?

    You can expect your Encore Cocker to have superior health, exceptional temperament and a strong desire to please which is what a happy spaniel is all about. They are incredible family companions, wonderful therapy and obedience candidates and an absolute dream in the conformation ring.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies are blenheim. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Puppy prices include a $1,000 deposit and between $1,500 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
