I'm Faith H., the breeder behind Faith's Sweet Shorkies located in Madison, SD. We are committed to always responsibly breeding with the best interest of our puppies’ health and longevity at the forefront. Our puppies are raised with love in our home, and we strive to help each one grow up with confidence so they are ready to thrive with their new families. They are affectionate, intelligent, and cute as can be!

Q. & A. with Faith

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I grew up with my mom breeding Collies, then about 15 years ago I raised and bred Boxers. Now as of a year ago I am raising and breeding my Shorkies. I only plan a few litters and then will have my Luna spayed. I enjoy the whole process…. especially when mom, dad, and the babies play together.

  • What makes your program special?

    My Shorkie pups get a lot of hands on attention. They will be well socialized by the time they go to their new home. They are raised in a clean welping pen, get punctual meals, toys to stimulate them and I send frequent photos and videos to the new adopting families so they can watch their baby grow.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include brindle and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Faith

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and $750 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes Vaccines, deworming, health check, food sample, litter scent on blanket and are lovingly socialized. All of our pups are the same price no matter the size or color. Your deposit ensures that the puppy you’ve chosen, will be held for you until time to pick up.”

Contract & health guarantee

Faith may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Faith offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Faith directly.
