Fidelis and Brittany were great throughout the process. One thing I really appreciated was that she was regularly sending us photos/videos of not only our boy, but the rest of the litter as well. It's so wonderful to have a record of the little dude's whole life! The only other breeder we've worked with just sent us a couple of photos before we picked out our puppy.
