Meet the breeder

I'm Claire H., the breeder behind Flat Rock Dogs located in Watkinsville, GA. We believe that the true test of a good dog is how they react and respond to people and other dogs. We breed our dogs to be part of the family; the beauty just happens along the way!

Q. & A. with Claire

  • Why did you start breeding?

One day, a friend and neighbor persuaded me get an Aussie, telling me I would love the breed. How right she was! My first Aussie, Sissy, came to live at Flat Rock Farm. We bred Sissy to one of my friend's males and Buster was born. We've been breeding ever since!
