I'm Francine C., the breeder behind Franny's Maltese Puppies located in Johnston, RI. We are strong advocates of proper breeding practices and run our program accordingly. We breed top-quality Maltese puppies. Our program is focused on producing puppies that are healthy, well-structured, and have outstanding temperaments. We have high expectations for our puppies and strive to place each one in an enriching and loving home!

Why did you start breeding?
My son died and even after sometime passed I was still not doing well. My grief therapist recommended a dog, I researched and got a Maltese. My friend a breeder where I got my 1st pup suggested I breed, so I got 2 females. I find it very rewarding delivering these tiny beautiful pups and watching them develop into little darlings. I have 6 of them now. 4 girls and 2 boys.And love them all!What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Francine
Francine has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price includes registration, vet complete checkup, Worming I do, dew claws removed by me, 1st shots I inject, Micro chip I insert, Socialized, and you get breeding rights. I don't take a deposit for pups until your litter is born. All our puppies are the same price male or female. They are registered and micro chipped and much more.”
Contract & health guarantee
Francine may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
