Meet the breeder

I'm Carrie F., the breeder behind Frantzick Farm Aussies located in Stacy, MN. Genetically tested, OFA certified, registered, and championed pedigrees are just some of the credentials from the parents. All of our puppies are family raised as we are not a kennel. Our focus is to raise happy, healthy, confident, versatile puppies who are well socialized. Mark & Carrie.

Q. & A. with Carrie

  • Why did you start breeding?

As our daughter, Kasey, was excelling in the show ring with Cookie, we had other fellow 4-H families approach us about wanting one of her puppies. Cookie was everything they were looking for in a dog - extremely intelligent, an immense amount of wanting to please, loving girl. There are now many of our Aussies competing, herding, and being loyal family companions.
  • What makes your program special?

Our program focuses on working Aussies that are helpful around the farm guarding gates from escaping livestock and herding. With the incredible amount of intelligence and athleticism our Aussies have, they've proven they can do so much more than work. They excel at obedience, rally, agility, jumpers, showmanship, conformation, and frisbee - and that's just our Aussie parents credentials.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
