We just wanted to send a heartfelt review regarding our recent purchase of our new Cavapoo puppy, and specifically our experience with Rachael. From the very first moment we connected with Rachael, she was an absolute joy to work with. Her friendliness and open communication throughout the entire process truly stood out. Buying a puppy is a big decision, and Rachael made us feel so comfortable and informed every step of the way. She was always prompt in her responses, patiently answered all of our questions (and we had many!), and kept us updated on our little one as we eagerly awaited bringing him home. Meeting Rachael with our new puppy was such a positive experience. It was clear how much she cares for her dogs, and she took the time to ensure we felt prepared and confident as new puppy parents. We were so grateful that she personally met us with our furry bundle of joy and provided us with all of his medical information in a clear and organized manner. This level of transparency and care was truly appreciated. Thanks to Rachael, the entire process of welcoming Sir Lancelot into our family has been smooth and stress-free. Her genuine kindness, excellent communication, and dedication to her puppies are truly commendable.
