Meet the breeder

I'm Alanda S., the breeder behind Freckles and Furballs located in Dover, OK. We believe in full transparency when growing your new family member!! We cherish YOUR BABIES just like OUR OWN BABIES! We pride ourselves on giving you the HEALTHIEST DOXIES possible!! These sweet little furballs have been health checked so they can live their longest healthiest lives in your home. Our two main health concerns were zero double dapple and PRA Clear on their DNA. We love our Momma and Daddy dogs and CANNOT WAIT to see and hear how their babies will bless your families!!

Q. & A. with Alanda

  • Why did you start breeding?

God put it on our hearts…after ANOTHER family member was taken for granted by ‘a breeder’. We really wanted to make the kinds of puppies that our friends and family WANTED ….but didn’t get. SO MANY horrible experiences over the years. So it made us DETERMINED to practice transparency and honest dealings.

  • What makes your program special?

We are VERY DILIGENT in the health of our dogs and puppies. We do all our homework…to make the healthiest puppies we possibly can. We LOVE our parent dogs as well….and their health is FIRST AND FOREMOST on our hearts and heads. We will stop breeding before we’d endanger our momma dog. We also realize this is a SUPER SPECIAL potential family member for some very lucky people. And we want our families to feel HEARD and SEEN. They are every bit a part of this program!! We communicate with every potential client to the very best of our ability! We want our families to NEVER feel like they aren’t part of their puppies early childhood experience. We love texting, FTiming, sending pics and sending videos to all our families!! We love hearing from them after as well. This is a contract of faith between them and us…and we do EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER to hold tight to that!

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include cream, brindle, black and tan, and dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

It went exceptionally well! We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience with Freckles and Furballs — she was incredibly generous and kind, especially in going out of her way to arrange transport for our puppy. We are absolutely in love with our new pup and already know we’ll be returning to them for our second when the time comes. We’re so grateful and couldn’t recommend her more highly
