I'm Jeni G., the breeder behind Garrett’s Ridge Farm located in White Plains, KY. Our Farm is located in Western KY on 20 acres. We enjoy horseback riding, camping, boating, and hunting so our dogs are comfortable with new surroundings and people. We strive to produce happy, healthy puppies, so we introduce them to new sights, smells, sounds, animals, and people. Our puppies are handled daily by our 6-year-old daughter. Our goal is to pair families with a puppy that will fit their needs and be their new best friend!

Why did you start breeding?
I’ve always been an animal lover and have researched my breed of choice thoroughly. My husband and I decided that we were ready to start our own line and provide excellent companions. I’m constantly reading articles and getting tips to improve our program. I take the health of my animals seriously, and I am pretty sure I am my vet’s best friend!What makes your program special?
While we produce beautiful, correct, and healthy babies. The best thing about our program is finding the perfect fit for my puppies. I want each person to find “their perfect match.” I want to make sure that an active puppy goes to an active family. I want to know what they can expect a happy life with their family. And that I will be a lifelong source of information, help, and tips.Where do your breeding dogs live?

"I take a $200 non refundable deposit to hold the puppy of your choice until they are ready to be picked up. Balance due at that time."

Birdie is a “Home Grown” girl of Garrett’s Ridge. Her mom is Dizzy and dad is River. Birdie is the definition of a Velcro dog. She will also whine to you to get your attention and affection. She’s a very athletic dog and fences or pens cannot contain her. She would probably excel at sporting events!

Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1), PawPrint Genetic Panel (Breed Specific)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
