Crystal was so easy to work with. She was always very responsive. She made the process very easy and you could tell how much she really loved her dogs and the puppies. Our wonderful dog Baer has transitioned well and is fully integrated. Our girl Lylla welcomed him immediately and they have so much fun each day playing.
