I'm Michael M., the breeder behind German Select Rottweilers located in Hillsville, PA. Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family from birth. Our puppies will complete your home, your family, and your heart! Our love for our dogs pushed us to begin breeding. We love to see the results of our efforts in the sweet, happy, and healthy puppies that we’re able to share with others.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I have been a professional breeder and caregiver for 27 years now. I have an outstanding large review online and rated one of the best in USA and have several books now with best selling author that came out in 2025. I keep only the rottweiler in mind so I try to follow standards set by ADRK and use AKC In mind for everything else! We have worked with some of the greatest dogs that show stable minds and happiness towards life and enjoyment in show, work, and have great family values that you can rely upon for many many years, this is what my breeding program has been doing for many years! We temper dogs using all the social equipment available to us different sounds different frequencies different challenges in the stages of life while they live with me! Not a day goes by that a Pup in my world doesn’t get 100% one on one reaction and care! They’re all family here!

  • What makes your program special?

    We follow a select breeding program from a famous veterinarian Dr. Patricia Gardner. We follow FCI guidelines of the rottweiler Complimenting the complete rottweiler by Gerald Oh’ Shea with a few dogs bred by him on the property.

Getting a puppy from Michael

Michael has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Michael partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“I go through several different procedures to screen people! Usually, the first thing I asked for is a vet veterinarian recommendation! The second thing I asked for is experience in the breed! It doesn’t mean that you’re left out if you don’t have any! It gives me a good thought of where you need to be and beginning stages and that will give me and you the benefit of owning the correct puppy! Not all Rottweilers are made the same way there show Dog they’re family Dog and they are working Dogs. We wish to make sure that you end up with the correct one.! ”

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,700 - $3,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“3200 AKC paper non-breeding rights. Limited registration 3700 AKC full rights to have pups and show along with title dogs in clubs etc! All pups are AKC papered, they will come with all first shots, wormed, vet checked, partial potty trained, tempered and given toys for home. Heart bred!”

  • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA)

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
