Glen Haven Cavaliers

Meet the breeder

I'm Amber J., the breeder behind Glen Haven Cavaliers located in Sacramento, CA. We are a military family. My husband bought me my first Cavalier and we absolutely fell in love with the breed. I am a stay-at-home mom, and our 3 Cavaliers live in our home. My kids adore them and love playing with the puppies.

Q. & A. with Amber

  • Why did you start breeding?

My husband got me my first Cavalier. We decided to start a small hobby breeding program in our home since I am now a stay-at-home parent. My kids love being involved.
  • What makes your program special?

My program is special since we only have 3 adult dogs and 2 litters per year. My dogs live in our home and are raised with our children. Puppies are socialized all day (everyday) and receive tons of attention.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include blenheim, ruby, tri-color, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
