We’re hobby breeders looking for individuals and families that will continue to love and spoil our puppies as much as we do! The loyalty and loving disposition of this breed are simply the best! We put a great deal of effort into raising our litters to ensure our puppy families will have the best experience raising their new family members.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I’ve owned Lhasa Apsos my whole life. I love the breed and want to help preserve good quality dogs.

  • What makes your program special?

    I’ve searched specifically for these color genetics and temperaments to help grow the cream and golden Lhasa population and ensure the breed has good, strong healthy puppies out there! Both sire and dam have been tested for all genetic diseases and received a clean bill of health.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include red gold, golden, cream, and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Steve

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $3,500 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Acral Mutilation Syndrome (AMS), 2,8-Dihydroxyadenine (2,8-DHA) Urolithiasis, Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA), Generalized, Chondrodystrophy and IVDD Risk (CDDY-IVDD), DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    We are so happy with our new Lhasa Apso puppy, which we have named Holly, an apt choice for the Christmas season. We recently lost our beloved Lhasa Apso mix dog, and in our grief, we started looking for puppies for sale. We feel blessed to have found Steve and Marie. They were responsive and sensitive to our needs and concerns. Living locally, we were able to pick up our puppy from Steve and Marie’s kennel. While there, it was easy to see that the puppies were loved and well cared for. Steve and Marie were very caring and informative throughout the process. They made sure we understood all the necessary information about vaccinations, puppy care, and insurance. They even sent us home with an amazing personalized Lhasa Apso "go bag" filled with almost everything we needed to get started with our new fur baby.     I had two Lhasa Apso's in the past, and met with many breeders. I have never met a breeder like Steve. Steve is so concerned about the welfare of his puppies. Steve works with the puppies to socialize them. He keeps the puppies in a clean, penned area inside his house that has a view of the backyard. My puppy was pad trained when I picked him up, and he transitioned quickly to the new surroundings when I got him home. Steve's advice helped us duplicate the environment our puppy was used to. Steve provided a bag of everything anyone would need when they got home with a puppy. It is apparent that he cares for the puppies wellfare while they are with him and after they go to their new home. We are so happy with our puppy, "Green Collar".

    From the first time we reached out, Steve was very responsive to our messages. He was knowledgable about Lhasa Apsos and shared about our puppies lineage. We did the deposit and payment through Good Dog with no issues. He also gave us a goody bag filled with food, toys, and grooming items. He messaged us checking in on the dog after we took him home to make sure everyone was adjusting okay. I appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness and Teddy is doing great.
