Meet the breeder

I'm Mandy S., the breeder behind Goldens of the Groves LLC. located in Cocoa, FL. We are a proud breeder of health tested Golden Retriever. We strive for excellent family dogs with great temperament and socialization with kids and other dogs. We throughly enjoy raising these puppies in our home with our family and other dogs.

Q. & A. with Mandy

  • Why did you start breeding?

We started breeding Goldens after we lost our Black Lab unexpectedly in 2019. We had our hearts set on a Golden, and we could not find any local breeders of affordable family pets at that time. After we brought home our Copper, having to travel to Georgia, we decided we wanted to provide local families with what we were not able to find.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include dark golden and golden. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Scott and his wife were amazing to work with! They helped us through the process and took care of us the day we took Finn home. Our little Finn is so intelligent and goofy. We are very blessed!

From the very beginning, Scott communicated with us wonderfully. It's clear they take excellent care of their dogs. We received a very sweet puppy, and after taking her to the vet, we found out that she's in perfect health and everything necessary had been done. The entire process was smooth and reassuring, from our initial inquiries to the final pickup. We are very pleased with the whole process and highly recommend Goldens of the Grove to everyone.
