I'm Tawni H., the breeder behind Hadley Hounds located in Farrwest, UT. Welcome to Hadley Hounds, a family-based dachshund breeder in Northern Utah. My husband and I have been married 15 years and are raising three children. With 10+ years breeding, our dachshunds are part of our family, focused on health and temperament.

Why did you start breeding?
Being around animals my entire life, I developed a deep appreciation for responsible animal care. After years of raising livestock and learning the importance of health, temperament, and genetics, I discovered my passion for breeding dachshunds. My goal is to raise healthy, well-socialized puppies and provide families with loving companions they can cherish for years to come.
What makes your program special?
What makes my breeding program special is my lifelong background in animal care, over 10 years of breeding experience, and a commitment to quality over quantity. My dachshunds are raised in our home as part of the family, receiving daily love, socialization, and care. I focus on health, temperament, and producing wonderful companions for their future families.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Tawni

Tawni has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $4,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Tawni may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy.
