Halo Siberians & Shiba Inu

Lisa H.

Breeder of Shiba Inu and Siberian Huskies

Meet the breeder

I'm Lisa H., the breeder behind Halo Siberians & Shiba Inu located in Atlanta, GA. As a preservation breeder we are extremely critical of the dogs used in our breeding program. All of our dogs are health tested and logged with OFA but even better yet we are one of the top show kennels in the United States. The reason that we do show our dogs is for evaluation of breeding stock for our program as well as comparing our Siberian Huskies and Shibas against other breeders.

Q. & A. with Lisa

  • Why did you start breeding?

I started breeding to not only preserve the characteristics of these animals, but to improve our program with each litter and do my part to ensure the well-being of these dogs for generations more to come.
  • What makes your program special?

I treasure each puppy in my program and give them all the attention and care that I possibly can. I work hard so my puppies can leave my home with confidence, ready to take on the world with their new family!
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Shiba Inu puppies include red and sesame. Siberian Husky puppies include red and white and gray and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
