I'm David F., the breeder behind Hartwell Cocker Spaniel Kennel located in Westminster, SC. Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family from birth. Our puppies will complete your home, your family, and your heart! Our dogs have proven to be the greatest companions to our family. We started breeding to contribute to breed betterment and to share smart and loveable puppies with other families.

    Our puppies include cream, buff and white, buff, black and white, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Puppy prices include a $400 non-refundable deposit and between $850 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Chew toys, balls and treats. our deposits are the same on all of our puppies. it is non-refundable if you decide not to complete the adoption process.”

    David was amazing!! He was SO communicative and on top of things - even after I brought my Petey home. He sent regular photos and videos of Petey while I was waiting for him to come home. Petey is SUCH a well-adjusted dog. He's calm and curious and smart -honestly the perfect puppy. The puppies are raised like family with David. These puppies already are used to being in a real home and being around other adult dogs, and being held and cuddled. When I picked up my puppy, I was able to meet all the dams and sires, and every one of them had the best temperament. Thank you so much David!     David was wonderful to work with! He allowed us to pick the puppy up a day early and was accommodating to our busy schedule with 4 young kids. The puppy is literally everything we have wanted and more! We just lost our beloved cockapoo Ollie, and our girls have been so sad about it and now that this little puppy stepped into our lives we all have so much more joy to share around the home.     Right when we thought all hope was lost in finding our forever fur baby our hero David came to deliver us our precious Snoopy. We love him so much already and will forever. David was very helpful with everything we needed; whether it came to meeting us half way or even delivering Snoopy if we needed. He was very knowledgeable on everything about his puppies and you can tell he loves what he does as a breeder.
