I'm Deb B., the breeder behind Haven Farms Cavaliers located in Grantsville, MD. We're a small, family-based Cavalier breeder. Izzy, our beloved Cavalier, is gentle, affectionate, and wonderful with our young children. We focus on raising healthy, well-socialized puppies with excellent nutrition, lots of love, and the family-friendly temperament Cavaliers are known for.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We both grew up around breeding dogs and loved the experience that it provided for us as young children. We wanted to give same experiences to our kids. Tim has years of experience with studying genetics and breeding for specific traits in cows. This interest and experience is very beneficial in our program.

  • What makes your program special?

    We believe nutrition is the foundation to whole-body health for our pets and is key to them living a long, happy life. Our Cavalier enjoys a whole food diet, supplemented with high-quality kibble and our puppies are introduced to whole foods when weaned.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include blenheim and tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Deb

Deb has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Deb partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $2,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes a health guarantee, first round of vaccinations, deworming, and a certificate of health from our veterinarian. The non-refundable deposit is needed to reserve a specific puppy.”

Contract & health guarantee

Deb may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Deb offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Deb directly.
