I'm Cathy L., the breeder behind Heart and Soul Shihtzus located in Williston, FL. My program is built upon a foundation of love, admiration, and respect for the Shih Tzu breed. I strive to produce outstanding puppies that are structurally sound, healthy, intuitive, and have wonderful temperaments. I'm passionate about my dogs and what I do! Why did you start breeding?
I am passionate about ensuring there are happy and healthy Shih Tzus for others to enjoy, and I do so by responsibly growing this incredible breed. It is an honor to represent this breed and create opportunities for others to experience the same joy that I've found in raising these wonderful dogs.What makes your program special?
Purposeful and ethical breeding is so important for the healthy progression of the Shih Tzu. I spent a great deal of time researching prior to starting my breeding program with a focus on pedigree, genetics, and quality. Shih Tzus are a passion of mine, and I am devoted to doing whatever I can to preserve, protect, and improve this incredible breed.
