Karen was excellent throughout the entire adoption process. She went out of her way to update me on my puppy until I picked her up, and was always available for questions about the adoption process. Due to the excellent care she shows all her dogs, I am now the proud owner of a brilliant, energetic, lovable Heronwood Border Collie. I will communicate with Karen in the future regarding any adoption-related plans I have, and I have been recommending Heronwood Border Collies to all my friends in Colorado.
