Meet the breeder

I'm Madison M., the breeder behind High Mountain Aussies located in Oroville, WA. High Mountain Aussies is a new program but I am not new to breeding. I’ve had years of experience and I know what it takes to breed dogs that will go on to do great things. I am committed to taking that knowledge and applying it to this breeding program to ensure top quality and beautiful puppies.

Q. & A. with Madison

  • Why did you start breeding?

I’ve worked alongside my mom for many years now in breeding English Bulldogs. A little over a year ago my mom surprised us and brought home a little mini Aussie named Lainey. Since bringing her home, my life has completely transformed. The idea behind my decision to start breeding was solely because of her, I want nothing more than to share the opportunity to be loved by an Aussie like I was.
  • What makes your program special?

I am committed to breeding well-rounded, healthy, and happy puppies that can adapt to any home. I’ve done a lot of research but I will continue to learn and grow alongside the dogs. My puppies will be socialized with many things to help them be great citizens. They will be well-bred, well-loved, and ready to go on a change the world.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black & white, blue merle, black tri, red tri, and red merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
