I'm Brea H., the breeder behind Hochatown Awesome Aussies located in Garvin, OK. It is our goal to produce adorable, affectionate Aussie puppies that are healthy, well-tempered, and make wonderful companions. We are Specializing in Tiny Toy Aussies at this time that will be 10lbs and under. We also strive to help families find their puppies from responsible and ethical sources to help build a better and safer world for our dogs. Owning an Aussie is a beautiful experience, and it would be our honor to connect you with the perfect new addition to your family. Aussies are Affectionate and very Intelligent.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    About 7 years ago we got our first Aussie and it was life changing since then we have increased our pack to 6. Our babies live in our home with us and travel in our motorhome for weekend jaunts when the mood strikes. I decided to breed our little ones when we realized how hard it was to find Tiny Toy Aussies and Mini Merles with the bright flashy colors. Making it easier for others to find them and we only plan to raise litters for a few more years to cover Vet School :)

  • What makes your program special?

    We have flashy Mini Merle Aussies, if your looking for a sweet wiggle butt with some flash your in the right spot. We also specialize in very Tiny Toys our Bailey Rae is 9.8 lbs, Dozer is 8lbs, Charlie is 9 lbs and all of our Tiny Toys are under 12ins tall. We recently added to our Family and will be having a few litters of Mini Dachshunds and Pomeranians,

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Dachshund puppies include miniature and standard sizes. Companion Cross puppies are small size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Dachshund puppies include smooth and longhaired coat varieties. Companion Cross puppies have long coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Australian Shepherd puppies are red tri-color. Dachshund puppies include piebald, red, black and tan, fawn (isabella) and cream, and dapple. Pomeranian puppies include black and tan parti, red parti, chocolate, and chocolate merle. Toy Australian Shepherd puppies include black, black tri, and blue merle. Companion Cross puppies are red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

    Brea went above and beyond with this puppy. She kept him a couple extra weeks for me as I had a vacation planned that happened to land exactly when he was just ready to be picked up. I felt it was better to leave him in a familiar and comfortable home rather than bring him home only to have to get a puppy sitter for ten days! She was happy to keep the little love bug; I was only hoping Brea would be able to part with him after all that extra bonding time! And she did, but only after a few tears were exchanged. I will keep her posted on his new journey through life, because I know she really cares. And I promised Brea that I would give him the best life as well!

    Brea was amazing from the first time I contacted her. I have never purchased a puppy online by only looking at pictures before. Brea made me feel comfortable, safe, and secure in the purchase.     They're so helpful and acceptable. When it comes to things that happen in life we were having car difficulties a lot. During the time we were supposed to go get him But every time we turned around they were there to help us because all they wanted was their puppy to go home to their new family. And I'm glad they did because he's amazing. He helps me a lot. I have extreme depression that is not diagnosed and I'll have these random episodes when I just cry and I don't know why. Every time I do he's there to make sure I'm okay if I'm walking somewhere. He's coming with me. If I lay down he comes right next to me and licks me until I say okay. I'm fine. He's amazing. I honestly think he takes care of me just as much as I do him. He's so smart and amazing and I just can't believe I was so lucky to have someone like the breeder too. Understand everything that was going on and help out as much as she could and it was truly amazing and I'm so grateful and thankful to have this little guy with me. He supposed to be mine and my husband's but I can't stop saying he's mine
