



I'm Jennifer C., the breeder behind Hula Girl's Bostons located in Toledo, OR. Our puppies are raised in our home and our dogs are apart of our family. Our dogs are tested for JHC and DM. They have also passed hearing, heart and patella screening. Placing our puppies in good homes is extremely important to us.

"Price includes health guarantee, spay/ neuter contract, vet check, first shot, prepaid microchip, care package, and lifetime support. After the vet check, we will share the findings. If something is wrong with the puppy, you can pick a different one if there is no puppy available, the deposit will be rolled over to the next litter."

Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Congenital Deafness (BAER, registered with OFA)
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Hereditary (Juvenile) Cataracts (HC; JC)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
