I'm Jennifer, the breeder behind Ironside Ranch Australian Shepherds located in Marana, AZ. We breed an old bloodline of the true Aussie. We strive to produce a calm, intelligent, sound minded dog.

Why did you start breeding?
We started breeding when we found that the true Australian shepherd personally and traits were being bred out of the bloodlines. We are mentored by two of the original breeders of this bloodline of Australian Shepherd so that we can work to preserve it.What makes your program special?
Our breeding program stands out because we keep our bloodlines pure. We are one of the few breeders in the country with these old original lines. The dogs we breed are a calm, sounded minded dog that live to please you.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include black, red merle, blue merle, and red. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

“Our deposits are transferable to any litter. Our puppy prices vary depending on the litter. Deposits reserve a spot on the litter of your choice. Deposits are non refundable, yet are transferable to another litter.”

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Animal Genetics Panel, Multiple Drug Sensitivity (MDR1)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
