I'm ANITA R., the breeder behind JiJin Kennels, LLC located in Avondale, CO. We breed Border Collies for responsible homes. We are conscientious in our breeding practices, and we breed for health, temperament, drive, and ability. We want our dogs to be biddable and able to succeed wherever they are needed, as well as to thrive in their homes with their families. Our dogs live, play, and work alongside us, and we wouldn't want it any other way!

Getting a puppy from ANITA
ANITA has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
ANITA partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.
“We match puppies based on temperament and personality to the desires and needs of the buyers beginning between 6-8 weeks. We do not sell puppies on color or sex alone. My puppies are bred primarily to be in very active and/or performance homes. They are not appropriate for apartment living and are typically only sold homes with fenced yards. ”
Price
“The price includes registration, first vaccination and a microchip. This price does not include additional fees added by Good Dog for their services. Deposits are non-refundable if a puppy is available. If no puppy is available or I cancel the sale, the deposit is refundable.”

About Cokie
Cokie is a female Border Collie. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, ANITA decided to make her part of their program. ANITA has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
