I'm Angie R., the breeder behind Joie de Vie Beaucerons located in Henderson, NV. Our mission is to produce consistently healthy, structurally sound, high-quality Beaucerons, that exemplify the breed standard. We produce dogs that are highly competitive in AKC Conformation, FastCAT, Herding, Obedience, Rally, Scent Work, Agility, and protection sports.

Why did you start breeding?
Raising, developing, and training our first Beauceron sparked our passion for studying the AKC Beauceron breed standard (in other words, how they are supposed to be) and preserving the traits that we love so much by breeding according to it. We breed to improve the Beauceron population.What makes your program special?
We receive validation of our efforts by showing and earning AKC Champion and Grand Champion titles in conformation, and by earning titles in "Performance" activities such as obedience, agility, herding, search and rescue, dock diving, lure coursing, and other scent work. These activities prove their ability to learn, motivation to focus and respond to directions, and their confidence.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Angie
Angie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $750 refundable deposit and between $1,750 - $2,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Puppies are $3000 unless they have a disqualifying fault. Cropped ears is an additional $1500. Names must begin with letter A if born in 2025. Prospective owners must be interested in participating in at least one of the following AKC activities: Scent Work, Obedience, Rally, Agility, Herding, Farm Dog Certification, FastCAT, or conformation. Applicant is committed to pursuing AKC conformation and/or performance titles, wants to mentored and have a lasting relationship with their breeder, and is willing to keep their dog intact for possible future breeding in our program.”

Angie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
