I'm Kelli P., the breeder behind JP Ranch Bulldogs located in Winnsboro, TX. We cherish each of our dogs and puppies, and we do everything we can to make sure that they get the best lives possible. That includes everything from choosing healthy parents with good temperaments, to proper socialization and daily care, to placing them in loving homes with wonderful families. We strive to provide each of our puppies and their families with a truly positive experience.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We began our breeding program in 2007 and never looked backed. Everyday is all about my family and my dogs. We fill our home with love, and dedication to all of our fur babies and breed the best to only the best. Our dogs are DNA tested for health genetic issues to help ensure the health of our puppies so you will have a healthy and very loved life long family friend.

  • What makes your program special?

    We raise our puppies inside our home with our family and other household pets. We socialize all of our babies throughout the day. We begin with house training with puppy pads at 5 weeks and outside potty training once vaccines have started. They get used to regular household sounds (remember we have 3 small grandchildren and other pets) Our puppies visit the vet at 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks and come home with current puppy shots, de worming, vet checks and health guarantee. We offer lifetime breeder support and always just a phone call or test away.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Boston Terrier puppies include black brindle and white and black and white. French Bulldog puppies include cream, fawn, white, and blue. Bulldog puppies include red, red brindle and white, fawn and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kelli

Kelli has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Kelli partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    Very polite and professional! Kelli from JP Ranch bulldogs . Her being located in Texas and I being located in northern Virginia, she handled everything.     Initially I was hesitant about purchasing a puppy as some breeders are only in it for the money. Kelli is compassionate about the puppies. She responded quickly and FaceTimed so that I could see my puppy. When I got my puppy I could tell that she was so loved just by her demeanor.     When we were looking to add a puppy to the family as a playmate for our adult rescue dog, we had a pretty good idea what type of personality would mesh the best with his.     Kelli has been very responsive and helpful through the process. After losing one of our frenchies at a young age it took some time to consider getting another one. Kelli and Jeff have taken such good care of these baby’s. The parents must be healthy and taken care of as well. our baby is as healthy as can be (our own vet confirmed) He was brought to me clean with a full tummy. She and Jeff even made sure we were sent home with the supplements and the deworming medicine to ensure his care would continue here at home. I would absolutely recommend her and Jeff if anyone is looking for a healthy French bulldog puppy.
