I'm Jimmy and Rowena G., the breeder behind Juji Shih Tzu located in Mooresville, NC. Welcome! We are a small in home breeder providing high quality AKC/CKC purebred standard sized Shih Tzu puppies to loving families. All parents are clear of any genetic health risks. Our babies include a 1-year congenital health guarantee. All puppies are enriched, socialized, and crate trained.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Welcome! We were raised around Shih Tzu's and adore them so much, and could not live without them.

  • What makes your program special?

    All of our Shih Tzu's are kept inside as pets and we treat them like family! During the pregnancy the mommy is put on a high protein diet, good nutrition and daily vitamins, along with exercise ensuring the mom is treated like a queen and producing healthy babies with a healthy immune system!

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include tricolor, chocolate, liver, gold, red, black and white, brindle and white, red and white, liver and white, black white and silver, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Jimmy and Rowena

Jimmy and Rowena has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Jimmy and Rowena partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $550 non-refundable deposit and between $1,450 - $1,650 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Our puppies are AKC registerable, include their first set of shots, fecal tested, dewormed, and include a 1 year health guarantee. Parents are also embark tested for any genetic health risks and clear! A deposit is required to reserve a puppy and will be applied toward the total purchase price. Deposits are non-refundable, as your puppy is held just for you. The remaining balance is due at pickup or before delivery.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     I had a fabulous experience getting my sweet girl, Lily, from Juju Shih Tsu. Lily is a healthy little girl and I can tell by her sweet disposition that she was was from a very experienced breeder. Jimmy sent videos every weekend so I could see her progression...up until the time he delivered her to me. Lily has been such a joy. She was sleeping through the night from the very first night in her new home. Jimmy provided me with a wonderful little "care package" along with her vet records for me to take to my vet. Dr. Lewis (my vet) said she is "perfect". If I could give Jimmy 20 stars I certainly would. Also, wanted to say I invited Jimmy and his family to visit Lily's new home because I thought that would be good for them to know where she would be living.     We were looking for a small dog to have as a companion and found Jimmy and Rowena little Shih Tzu puppies on Good Dog. We made arrangements to see one of this puppies and there was a sibling there that we knew we had to have as well!
