Q. & A. with Carol
Why did you start breeding?
I have always loved dogs and have been working with dogs since 1975. I have loved the journey and am a proud breeder of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels with a focus on temperament and the overall mental and physical health of my puppies. I love placing happy, healthy puppies with loving families.
What makes your program special?
Our breeding program focuses on health. We have been doing MRI's on our dogs since 2002, which have helped us in making our breeding decisions . Our Cardiac Checks annually by Board Certified Cardiologist which allows us to maintain a good cardiac profile within our breeding program.
We use outside stud dogs from breeders who have the same ethics that we have, always looking forward to produce the healthiest puppies for your family.
As my dear friend, Darlene Petralia, once said, "Cavaliers! Little packages of soul and joi de vivre; they make friends of strangers, delightful fools of grown men, confidants of children, and melt the hearts of everyone they meet. There is none other like them."
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
