I'm Mary P., the breeder behind Kayara Haus Rottweilers located in Partlow, VA. We have been breeding and showing Rottweilers for 30 years. Our dogs are from the finest German and European bloodlines. We strive to produce heathy, happy, quality dogs with correct temperament, dogs clear of mind who love their family, who are friendly but protective when needed. Why did you start breeding?
My mother and sister bred and showed dogs.. they started in the 1950’s I have been breeding and showing Rottweilers for 30 years!What makes your program special?
We offer help and support for our puppy people in housebreaking, training and socializing their puppies. If you have a problem or need advise call us anytime for help 😊 you have one of our babies, then you are family. Ph# 540-938-1314What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are black and mahogany. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

“Puppies are guaranteed to be healthy, we give a 1 year guarantee against severe hereditary defects when attested to by a veterinarian, puppy will be replaced at no charge when one becomes available and owner has the option to keep his original dog. Replacement timing dependent on timing of next available litter.. NO CASH REFUND under any circumstances. Owner may call us for advice and guidance anytime they need help with their Rottweiler. Refundable if I can’t deliver the puppy agreed upon Non-Refundable if the buyer backs out.”

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Juvenile Laryngeal Paralysis & Polyneuropathy (JLPP)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
