I'm Keri K., the breeder behind Keri Koch located in Chandler, AZ. TJ & I have lifelong experience with animals, including horses, cats, and various dog breeds. We own two sable Shelties, Yeager and Amelia. I handle Yeager in agility, where he has earned his AKC Master’s Titles in Standard & Jumpers with Weaves. I am training Amelia and hope to get her in a trial.

We entered the breeding business naturally, as we own both the sire and the dam, and they love each other.What makes your program special?

Getting a puppy from Keri
Keri has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Keri partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“We vet potential owners to ensure our puppies go to the right homes. Because Shelties are herding dogs, they require a large, fenced-in yard. Additionally, they are a very "clingy" breed that thrives on companionship, so we look for owners who have plenty of time to spend with them.”
Price
“The price includes first round vaccines, AKC Registration, and puppy socialization. Deposit on each puppy is $1000.”

About Amelia
Amelia is so sweet and has such an interesting background. She was born in Wasilla, Alaska, and came to us when she was two years old as a companion for Yeager (TJ had started a new job with long hours). She became a part of our family almost immediately. She and Yeager just love each other and are so cute together! Amelia is tall, slender, and very athletic. She actually runs circles around Yeager when they play at the park, though Yeager isn't too happy that she is faster than he is. We have also, started training with an agility coach, and Amelia really loves the challenge of the different courses. Amelia and I should be entering a trial by fall this year or early next year. Together, these two dogs have made seven exceptional puppies!

About Yeager
Yeager has such an incredible personality. He actually loves to paddle board with me and my friends; he’ll even hop from my board to one of theirs and float down the river with us. He is also amazingly intuitive and tends to melt his personality to match another dog’s mood. For example, when we are walking at our neighborhood park and run into another dog, Yeager is calm and gentle if the other dog is shy. However, if we encounter a high-energy dog, he is more than happy to run, chase, and bark wildly right along with them. We are so excited that we can pass on his genes to a next generation!
