I'm Willis F., the breeder behind Kuro Oka Shibas located in Summerset, SD. We are proud of the support we give our buyers and of our commitment to continue to research and enhance the breed standard. We fell in love with the breed because of their intelligence and personality. There’s hardly a better feeling than being able to share them with other families that will love them the way that we do!
