Finn, dad
Lhasa Apso
About Finn
Finn is a male Lhasa Apso over 4 years old. Carefully selected as a great representative of his breed, Karen decided to make him part of their program. Karen has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.
Cosmo, dad
Lhasa Apso
About Cosmo
Cosmo will always be my little boy he is so playful and gentle. Loves to cuddle and his tail never stops wagging. He doesn’t have a mean bark in his little body at all as sweet as you can get but I think all the boys are. Everyone falls in love with him immediately with his gentle nature. I flew this little boy in from Lithuania because of an amazing breeder and his bloodline to add to my pack of good Lhasa’s. I received him at seven months of age and have been showing him at the AKC dog shows to receive his championship title. We are still working towards that and will be receiving soon. Updates will be posted. Cosmo has been completely heath tested and completely cleared.
Alani, mom
Lhasa Apso
About Alani
Alani is a beautiful sweet girl golden red in color I’ve nicknamed her my Velcro girl because she sticks to me like Velcro. She is just a little doll baby and loves to cuddle. I purchased her and flew her in from Lithuania as a four month old puppy because of her amazing bloodline. After receiving her we started showing her at the AKC dog shows all over. It was not long after her one year birthday she received her AKC Championship title. She has been health tested and cleared from all.
Lou, mom
Lhasa Apso
About Lou
Lou is a female Lhasa Apso. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Karen decided to make her part of their program. Karen has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.

Ky Ritz Lhasa’s. formerly (Karen‘a Lhasa Apsos) reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Lhasa Apsos.
Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia (Preliminary)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
