I'm Carey B., the breeder behind Lady and the Tramp located in Memphis, TN. We offer full-blooded, spoiled, and quality puppies. They are certified through CKC and come with their first set of shots. Our dogs are bred for beauty and quality. We strive to provide top-notch puppies to your family. They are a part of my family until they become yours. We love them and care for them as we would our own. They are healthy and happy as they wait for you to pick them up.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I was inspired by a friend and began with my own pups. I got an inheritance from my father and used some of the money to invest in breeding. My dogs are now a year and a half old, and we have just had our first litter. They make gorgeous puppies and we are excited for what new adventures this investment will bring.

  • What makes your program special?

    We are a loving home with three beautiful Shih Tzu dogs that will make amazing healthy puppies together. We want to enhance our lives with these special animals and bless other families with the love that is created at our home. This is an amazing opportunity to make the world a better place one puppy and rehoming at a time.

Getting a puppy from Carey

Carey has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Carey partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $900 - $1,300 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Carey may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     We had tried to get in on an earlier litter but waited too long. Carey is local to us, so we kept track thru Good Dog until the current litter was available and made our deposit early. We will pick up our pup, Trix, on August 1st. Carey has been very helpful with information about vet care, the best foods, pee pads, and choosing pet insurance. We try to research and follow her advice to make sure our new addition will have the home he deserves. Carey is so positive and upbeat that you feel how much she cares for the pups and how much she wishes our experience will be enhanced by weekly updates in video and picture form.
