I'm Pam B., the breeder behind Liberty's Legacy Cavaliers located in Cincinnati, OH. Every puppy we raise is adored as part of our family, in our home, from the moment of birth. We provide the highest quality of care to mama and babies, to give you the pet of your dreams. Our perfect pups will attach to your heart and grace your home with delight.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Captivated by this unique and exceptional breed, and horrified by the stories of puppy mills, we were anxious to be able to provide other Cavalier lovers with the finest of furry family members.

  • What makes your program special?

    I take excellent physical, nutritional and emotional care of our girl, Liberty. Our puppies receive the focus of our attention from the moment of birth, receiving exceptional care. They are top-notch, smart, healthy and well-rounded furry companions to enrich your life.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include blenheim, ruby, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Pam

Pam has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Pam partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price for our precious pups includes their up-to-date shots, deworming, AKC application paperwork, Welcome Home package, microchip, beginning potty training, and one-year health guarantee. Unless something is later determined to be wrong with your puppy when he or she is examined by our veterinarian.”

Pam may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)

    Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.

  • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • Full Embark Panel, Episodic Falling Syndrome (EFS), Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Muscular Dystrophy (CKCS-MD), Dry Eye Curly Coat Syndrome (CKSID), DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    I just want to start off by saying Pam is a wonderful caring breeder! She actually cares about her puppies and where they go in regards to owners. They are just like children to her and her family! Pam was very responsive and did a wonderful job vetting us as a family. Like it or not this is what you should expect from a responsible breeder.     We are so grateful to have found Pam and Liberty's Legacy Cavaliers. Our new puppy, Ganache (renamed Sir James "Jimmy" Howlett) is a beautiful, happy puppy.
