I'm Amber L., the breeder behind LL Gun Dogs, LLC located in Crockett, TX. We are a devoted GSP, Labrador, English Cocker & English Springer Spaniel, breeding and training facility. Our goal is to produce versatile pups that have intelligence, trainability, drive, & be well rounded family companions & excellent hunters for the everyday sportsman.

Why did you start breeding?
In 2013, we welcomed our first dog Slim, to the LL Gun Dogs family. He excelled through training and became a phenomenal retriever. Slim sparked my interest in becoming involved in hunt tests and starting the breeding program. I have since then added newer dogs to my kennel that will produce exceptional offspring.What makes your program special?
I am very devoted to what I do and have dedicated my life to my dogs. All of my sires and dams are titled, hunt, and are extensively health tested, as well as well-rounded family companions. Training incentives are also offered for all puppies produced by me so that my clients can have access to a trainer that knows the bloodline and trainability of each puppy from my program.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our English Springer Spaniel puppies include liver white and tan, black white and tan, and lemon and white. German Shorthaired Pointer puppies include black roan, liver roan, liver and white, and black and white. Labrador Retriever puppies include black, chocolate, and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Amber has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $750 - $2,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Phosphofructokinase Deficiency (PFK), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), PRA, Cone-Rod Dystrophy 4 (PRA-crd4)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
