At Lovable Little Aussies, all of our puppies are lovingly bred and raised in our home, ensuring they grow up well-socialized, confident, and ready to thrive as cherished family companions. As a small, hands-on program, we’re deeply committed to meeting the unique needs of each dog and every puppy. Why did you start breeding?
My first Australian Shepherd was Roxie and I fell in love. She is the reason for the name “Lovable Little Aussies” because she is just that, a lovable sweet girl. She is now retired and spayed. Peach is AKC/UKC and my other dogs are AKC/ASCAWhat makes your program special?
I take care of my dogs, all litters are born at my house with me present. I have never missed a litter. I feed my females prenatals and keep them on high quality food their entire lives. I take my dogs where ever I can, I health test all my dogs and only breed with what I deem as quality. I aim to produce happy, healthy puppies. Each litter better than the last! I don’t cut corners for my dogs!Where do your breeding dogs live?

Litter update on 27 Nov 2025 •…Socialization is in full swing!! We had first puppy baths at 4 weeks old and they’re weekly with blow dryer exposure and nail trims. This week they went outside for the first time to explore the grass, play outside, and dip their paws into some water. Next, we’ll be doing our first car ride to the vet for first puppy shots and then temperament testing! These pups are handling every new experience like champs!

Litter update on 21 Oct 2025 •…Meet the “Coffee Shop” litter Born 10/20/2025 RTF after 12/15 AKC/UKC Natural tails (full and bobs) We have available spots on our waitlist! $300 nonrefundable deposit to get on with a contract signed, puppy picks happen at 7 weeks of age. Remainder due at pickup. Please remember, although gooddog allows you to pick a dog to message me about, I don’t do puppy picks until after 7 weeks of age once temperament testing is completed as I am more concerned with placing my puppies in homes that are suitable and matched for their temperament! This is a process that has proven to be very successful.

Litter update on 16 Oct 2025 •…Xray shows 10 or more puppies in there! We’re expecting their arrival anytime next week! Stay tuned! AKC/UKC Genetically clear (1 copy MDR1 possible on half the litter) Parents OFA hips good, elbows normal Temperament tested at 7 weeks WE KEEP NATURAL TAILS (half of this litter might be born with natural bobtails - we don’t even dock bobtails, we keep it all natural) This is a repeat of a very successful litter of puppies who are all flourishing in their new homes! We have a waitlist! Message me to get on and secure a spot in the picking order. Breeder recommendations and puppy picks happen after temperament testing at 7 weeks of age to ensure we match puppies to the appropriate homes! They will be ready to go home right before Christmas!

Litter update on 29 May 2025 •…Our 7-week temperament testing is complete, and we couldn’t be more thrilled with this litter’s results! Overall, the puppies demonstrated confident, social temperaments with strong human focus and resilience. Most pups recovered quickly from new experiences, showed healthy curiosity, and engaged well with both people and problem-solving tasks. While individual personalities vary—ranging from bold and active to gentle and observant—the entire litter reflects balanced, stable temperaments with solid potential for everything from performance and working homes to active family companions. We're so proud of how these pups are maturing!

Litter update on 16 May 2025 •…We are 6 weeks old tomorrow!!! We got our first baths yesterday and some exposure to a blow dryer! I’ve been clipping nails every week since they were 1 week old so we’re pretty used to it by now. Grooming should be a breeze for these guys in the future!

Litter update on 12 Apr 2025 •…Meet our ✨Gods & Goddesses✨(Peach x Atreyu) litter born on April 5th. We’re now accepting deposits for qualified performance, working, and conformation homes. This litter comes from carefully selected lines focused on drive, structure, and temperament—making them ideal partners for agility, obedience, herding, juniors, or the show ring. Junior handlers: I love supporting the future of the sport and am offering a discount to active juniors looking for their next teammate! Please note: At 7 weeks, each puppy will go through formal temperament testing to help match them to the right home. I do not place puppies based on color alone, as temperament and structure are my top priorities for long-term success and harmony. I do note gender preference, but final placement is based on what each puppy needs and what each home is looking for. These puppies are raised with structure, enrichment, and tons of love to become confident, biddable companions ready to shine in their future homes. Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
