I'm Sergio M., the breeder behind Maciel House of Rottweilers located in Janesville, WI. We have a passion for the Rottweiler breed with over 20 years of experience in breeding and owning them and only breed top pedigree dogs with Serbian and German lines. Our dogs are our family. We make sure our dogs are healthy tested and make sure the puppies 100% before you take them home.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I've owned Rottweilers since I was 10 and that is when I fell in love with the breed.

  • What makes your program special?

    All the dogs I own are family and are loved and cared about by my entire pfamily. My dogs all live inside and out puppies get socialized before going to there new homes. The health of our dogs is our highest priority.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Sergio

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes heath guarantee, puppies dewormed and first round vaccinations Akc paperwork. Puppy socialization. Deposit is to hold puppy until they are old enough to leave. You do not need to put down a deposit you can always wait until they are ready and if there are any left, pay at pick up.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered), Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)

    Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
