  • Why did you start breeding?

    It all began with our very first Yorkie—the joy she brought to our lives inspired us to share it with others. After years of research, we committed to ethical breeding practices and raising happy, healthy puppies, always prioritizing the well-being of our dogs.

  • What makes your program special?

    We do not mass-produce puppies; we breed because we truly love Yorkies! Each puppy is raised in our home with love, socialization, and care, giving them the best start in life. When you welcome a MagnoliaYorkie pup, you’re joining our family, and we are always here to support you and your pup throughout their life 🐾♥️

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include parti, black and tan, blue and gold, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Jessica

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,600 - $3,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.
