  • Why did you start breeding?

    It all started with our very first Yorkie. The love she brought to our lives was a feeling we didn’t realize we were missing. I felt a calling to share this feeling with others. We put several years of research into Yorkies/breeding and learned there is a right way and a wrong way. We will never cut corners and always bring these pups into the world thru ETHICAL breeding practices.

  • What makes your program special?

    We do not mass-produce puppies. We breed because we absolutely LOVE Yorkies! We focus on responsible breeding, genetic health, and early socialization so that each puppy is ready to become what they were born to be — a treasured part of your life and family. When you get a pup from us, you are now part of the MagnoliaYorkie family. We will always be here to guide/support you and your pup to the best of our ability 🐾♥️

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include parti, black and tan, blue and gold, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Jessica

Jessica has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,600 - $2,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.
