I'm Larry & Cyndi F., the breeder behind Majestic Gentle Giants located in Marshall, MO. Majestic Gentle Giants is a new Newfoundland Breeder in Central Missouri. My husband and I have had many dogs over both our lifetimes, but when we got our first newfoundland in 2021 there is no going back.

Why did you start breeding?
We got into breeding by a suggestion from one of our residents. They thought if we could take such good care of them and loved this breed so much why not share some Newfoundland's with others. We are enthusiasts deciding to share our love for Newfoundland dogs with the whole world and started breeding Newfies.What makes your program special?
Our breeding program is special because we keep all the pups in the house with us. We don't breed large number of litters per year, so we are not a multi-dog professional dog breeder. We want all our animals to be well-adjusted and ready for whatever that may come once they leave our home... We ensure they have plenty of supervision, and we can always see what they might need. My husband is fabulous at training all of our dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include white and black and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

“The price includes - Guarantee, first round of vaccinations, deworming, microchipped (AKC Reunite), blanket w/mom scent, collar w/matching leash, 1 bag of puppy food. Puppy socialization has been started with lots of activities. Also includes start of potty training, walking along side w/leash and 11pmish lights out. We attempt, scheduled mealtimes, potty training times and walking/outside playtime after meals. All puppies are the same price regardless of size and color. Includes vaccinations and microchipped (AKC Reunite).”

About REMI
AKC Registered - Farris' Magnificent Remi Ray. OFA Cardiac and Elbow tested, well mannered, Family oriented w/other animals (different breeds, cat & horse). Remi loves to go for walks, ride in her van & visits with elderly and children of all ages often. Remi loves to play in water and likes to lay near a fan or HVAC register during the summer months. Remi has been an exceptional mother with her two litters. We own a Residential Care Center, where Remi visits frequently, everyone enjoys her presents as she is laid back and welcomes everyone. She is a true "Mom Dog" and loves to go for a ride in the van. Remi knows how to open every door and child gate throughout our home. She is truly a Majestic Gentle Giant.

About Bentley
Bentley has grown into a loving gentle-natured companion. When he was younger I had thought to change his name to Trigger - boy how he loved to jump up to meet my hand when we took walks and he loved to climb. You would look up from a task to find him on lawn furniture or the couch. The reason was he really thought he was a lap dog. Weighing in at 128 he has learned to lay at our feet and get tons of loving. Though when we have a litter of puppies his inner pup wants to return. He loves to go outside and babysit the pups. He lets them climb all over him and use his ears as a chew toy. His other favorite things to do are going to work with us at our Long-Term Residential Care Center for seniors. The residents look so forward to any of our dogs joining us for the day. Bentley will go room to room visiting everyone and their families. He is also wonderful with children. His other favorite thing is going for a car ride and shopping with us. Bentley is AKC registered and has had health screening. He is an amazing companion and family member.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Thyroid (Autoimmune Thyroiditis, registered with OFA), Dentition
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Cystinuria Type 1A, Newfoundland Type
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

These Newfoundland dog breeders are absolutely wonderful, even from out of state! They are very knowledgeable about the breed and answered all questions promptly. This experience was made especially heartwarming as they sent regular photos of our pup before pick up day. They also drove two hours from their home to meet us on pick up day. Our pup is everything and more than we ever imagined - absolutely adorable and sweet as can be!
