I'm Taynara M., the breeder behind Majesty’s Shih Tzus located in Boston, MA. We love to responsibly raise and train Shih Tzus so they have the tools to be well-rounded beloved family members. We’re a small-scale program with a big love of Shih Tzus! Our dogs are our passion, and we strive to raise healthy happy dogs.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    It started at a young age, I had a passion for dogs, instead of playing with friends I would find myself taking my neighbors dogs for walks and spending the day with them. My first job was at a boarding kennel, after some years I owned a grooming salon. I saw so many badly bred shih tzus that I decided to be the change and start producing top quality shih tzus with that amazing personality to match.

  • What makes your program special?

    What I find that makes my program special is that I am very selective about the dogs that I add into my program. I have lines from the best breeders, and some of my lines are from imported grand champions. I also train my puppies to be the best emotional support friend every family needs, starting at just 3 days old up until it is time for them to go home.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include cream and fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Taynara

Taynara has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $1,500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,500 - $4,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes 5 year health warranty. A puppy that has been extensively socialized and ready for the world. Pee pad trained. AKC Limited registration. All puppies are sold to pet homes only. A 400$ Downpayment in required to hold a spot in the waitlist. The Down payment is applied to the price of the puppy. Each puppy is priced individually at 3-4 weeks old.”

Contract & health guarantee

Taynara may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Patellar Luxation

    Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.

  • DNA Disease Panel, PawPrint Genetic Panel (Breed Specific)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
